About Us

Wiseman has successfully grown and adapted to new environments without losing its sense of direction or principles. As a learning service provider, we are providing new products and services, entering new markets, acquiring new resources and helping new clients. It is important that we identify kindred spirits who share our common goal - to provide better learning services to our learners.
For us, the financial bottom line is by no means the sole consideration. The intangibles of integrity, innovation, teamwork and service lie at the heart of our culture. We express our culture through the tradition of community service. We have organised a series of events to promote learning, including the ThinkSeries Project, our most ambitious service project ever. This effort has encouraged both our students and ourselves to think out of the box and inspire self-belief.
Our core values promote precisely these qualities. We teach our students, yet we also learn and grow with them.

 Vision

Our education system today supports learning mostly in classrooms and from textbooks. Meanwhile, our students’ lives outside school are filled with technology that gives them real-time access to information and resources.

The challenge for 21st century learning is to overcome design and implementation barriers and leverage technology to create practical, engaging and learner centric experiences for our learners that are relevant to their curriculum, assessment and everyday lives.

At Wiseman, we have developed seven components for 21st century digital learning and teaching. These components provide a complete framework, from adapting the curriculum to developing the interactive courseware that specifically fits a school’s needs, to bringing a successful school-based project to completion.

Learning no longer has to be one size fits all.

Professional Education

We select relevant programmes from different institutes, including Teaching for Understanding, Critical Thinking, and Addressing Learning Diversity offered by Harvard Graduate School of Education, for our consultants so that we can leverage the latest research and refine our skills to address learning and teaching challenges.

Leadership & Management

We offer opportunities for leadership and development for Wiseman people for key transitions in their careers. Our goal is to prepare our people to work more effectively in an increasingly challenging environment.

 Joining Us

We see every child as having so much potential and yet many fail to reach it. Often, their efforts end in futility, despair and dashed hopes.

Our mission is to help them realize their potential and nurture their confidence by integrating a variety of good literature, instructional technology and proven pedagogy from around the world today. We work with students, educators and school administrators to provide effective learning solutions and pedagogy. We believe that learning should liberate students’ thoughts to explore, create and challenge. And we keep reminding ourselves that our students deserve better.

At Wiseman, our goals are to awaken students’ curiosity, build their confidence and deliver learning benefits. So we hire kindred spirits who care about students and want to help them achieve more and greater. We believe in hard work, a fun atmosphere, and the sort of creativity that is sparked off when kindred spirits from diverse backgrounds approach challenges from varying perspectives. Let’s play, learn and relearn together.

Wiseman Education is an equal-opportunity employer. Individuals shall be evaluated solely on their job-related aptitude, commitment, potential, and teamwork cohesion.
